To provide nearby venue discovery, match creation, profiles, and account login, we may collect account information, approximate location, profile preferences, match records, and short in-match notes.

2. How we use information

We use information for authentication, nearby venue display, sports matching, venue confirmation, member confirmation, safety, and service operations.

3. Location

Meetball is a map-first sports app. Location is used to show nearby venues and match opportunities. You can turn off location permission in system settings.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Some data may be processed by infrastructure providers such as Supabase to operate the service.

5. Retention

Account and match data are retained as needed to provide the service. In-match notes are designed to be short-lived and cleaned or hidden 24 hours after match completion.

6. Your choices

You can disable location permission, sign out, request account deletion, or contact us for privacy requests.
